Switch-uri standard sau POE

Switch-ul este dispozitivul care creeaza o retea. Acesta actioneaza ca un controller, avand rolul de a facilita legatura dispozitivelor din retea intr-un mod cat mai eficient. Un switch este un dispozitiv de mare viteza care primeste pachete de date pe care le redirectioneaza catre destinatia lor finala intr-o retea locala (LAN). Pentru mai multe echipamente IT accesati sectiunea retelistica.
